Earwood, Moore, Carpenter & Guy, PLLC was established in western North Carolina by attorneys Nathan J. Earwood and David D. Moore as Earwood & Moore, PLLC. Our firm has quickly grown to include seasoned partners Agatha "Aggie" Guy and Kimberly "Kim" Carpenter. We are a full service law firm who can be there for you and your family through all phases of life with two locations in Jackson County, NC - our downtown Sylva office and Cullowhee office across from Western Carolina University. We also serve clients in the surrounding towns of Waynesville, NC, The Qualla Boundary in Cherokee, NC, Franklin, NC, Bryson City and the NC counties of Buncombe, Haywood, Macon, Swain, Graham, Clay and Cherokee.
